Mary Elizabeth Lecours has over 35 years of educational experience, having taught English, Computer Science, Special Education, and Religion at various levels. She began her career by creating an English course for adults in Paris and later taught students from grades 4 to high school. Passionate about lifelong learning, she is currently studying Mandarin to better connect with her new students.
Ryan has 6 years of teaching experience, having taught humanities courses at universities such as the University of Manitoba, Emory University, and Wesleyan University. He specializes in topics like classical literature, political philosophy, animal studies, and ethics, and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals. As a teacher at Metamorph High School, Ryan aims to inspire students to become independent thinkers and problem-solvers, fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
Antonija is a dedicated educator with 15 years of teaching experience, specializing in student guidance and English instruction, and holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Communication Studies. She has completed the Principal’s Qualification Program and actively works to ensure high-quality education for all students, including through partnerships with Indigenous communities. Antonija also collaborates with the “Donnywinjack Traditional School Program” to provide specialized education on Indigenous topics and the “Truth and Reconciliation Act.”
Monica Benjamin has over 8 years of teaching experience and holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, along with diplomas in Food and Dairy Technology and Advanced Biotechnology. She earned triple majors in Biotechnology, Genetics, and Chemistry from Bangalore University. In addition to her teaching career, Monica is a singer, vocal trainer, and skilled in pencil sketching and acrylic painting, fostering creativity in her students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Western Ontario and has since focused on teaching high school mathematics, chemistry, and science. Fatemeh Zolnoorian is a dedicated High School Teacher with over 5 years of experience in Art instruction, specializing in Art and Architectural Computer Programming (3DMax, AutoCAD). She excels in managing large classrooms, creating inclusive learning environments, and developing individualized lesson plans to meet diverse student needs. During the academic term, Faye is passionate about helping students solve problems, providing personalized support to ensure their needs are addressed promptly. Faye’s enthusiasm, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills have allowed her to gain valuable experience in student services and academic tutoring.
Michelle Zhang graduated from Western University in Canada. With over 15 years of experience in international student education and services, Michelle currently serves as the Student Management Head at Maituo High School. She possesses extensive expertise in student management and has demonstrated exceptional skills in supporting and guiding students throughout their academic journey.
Ray Cao came to Canada in 2001 to attend high school. He graduated with a degree in Physics in 2007 and began his career in 2008 as a Mathematics and Physics teacher. Ray later became the Head of the Science Department. He has been working at Maituo High School for over ten years, providing high-quality guidance and support to numerous students, helping them achieve academic success.
